IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE

To reach the conference venue from the airport, you have the following alternatives:

• Shuttle bus is available from Bari airport to Bari central train station (Bari Centrale).
  Journey time is 25/30 minutes. Tickets are sold onboard only. The cost is 4,00 €. The shuttle bus timetable is available here
• Train is available from Bari airport to city center. Journey time is 14 minutes. Tickets are sold at the ticket machines. The cost is 5,00 €. Timetable and further information are available here. Take the train to “Bari Centrale”.
• Taxi from airport to the conference venue costs 25,00 €, according to the flat rate established by the city council. Passengers have to advise the driver that they want to benefit from the flat rate when getting in the taxi. The flat rate is independent of the number of passengers and includes any possible surcharge. Multiple destinations are not allowed with this flate rate.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY TRAIN

Many trains, including fast trains Frecciarossa and Frecciargento, stop in Bari. Train schedule is available here.
Please, take into account that train schedule usually changes at the end of May.
