ICWE 2022 – CONFERENCE FEES AND REGISTRATION

• Fees are without VAT (additional 22%). Italian laws allow in the cases below the payment of conference registration fees at no additional VAT 22%. In particular, individuals belonging to a foreign (non-Italian) organization/institution/university are exempted from paying the VAT. In this case, they should provide their institution data (VAT number, legal address, etc.) during the registration and payment process.
• Italian participants need to pay VAT. If they register as “persona individuale” they need to pay the VAT directly during the registration and payment process, if conversely they want to have the payment performed by their institution (either university or public body), then they need to proceed to fatturazione elettronica and “split dell’IVA”. Detailed instructions will be provided during the registration process.
• If you need an invitation letter, send your request to Marica Abbinante (marica.abbinante@poliba.it) indicating the title of your paper and your full name.
• Any request for modification to a registration already submitted, including switching from virtual to in-presence or vice versa, can be addressed to eventi@consultaumbria.com Please, include “ICWE 2022” in the mail subject.

The Full Pass registration includes:

• Admission to a very strong technical program comprising technical sessions, keynotes, tutorials, specialized workshop, and a PhD Symposium.
• Coffee breaks from Tuesday 5th to Friday 8th.
• Lunches from Tuesday 5th to Friday 8th.
• All social events.

The Main Conference registration (3 days) includes everything included in the full pass registration except: the admission to the workshops & tutorials day, coffee breaks, lunch and social events of Tuesday 5th.

The Workshop & tutorial registration (1 day) includes only the admission to the workshops & tutorials, coffee breaks, the lunch and social events of Tuesday 5th.

Student registration includes everything included in the corresponding “regular” registrations. Students will be requested to present a valid student card or a corresponding student certificate at the registration desk.

Accompanying persons can buy extra tickets for social events. The fee is 100 € and includes the welcome reception and the banquet.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• For each accepted paper (long, short, demo, poster, tutorial), at least one author needs to have a regular (i.e., non-student) registration. This regular registration should be done before April 30th, 2022 for having their paper included in the conference proceedings.
• If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate regular (i.e., non-student) registration.
• Authors of a paper accepted in the PhD symposium can register as students to have that PhD symposium paper included in the proceedings. Further papers of the same PhD author must be associated to a regular registration.
• Authors’ presentations can be in-person or virtual. This also holds for participants not presenting a paper.
